Your satisfaction is important to us.

For Products

We offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive faulty or damaged.

• To request a return, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
• Refunds are processed back to your original payment method once the item is returned or verified as faulty.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened aromatherapy products unless they are defective.

For Services

All bookings for intuitive healings, psychic readings, counselling sessions, and workshops are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the session fee.
